Little Rock AFB is seeking A/V Service and Maintenance for two buildings.
Contractor shall maintain currently installed systems, within the Primary and Alternate CAT locations, at peak performance in order for the 19 AW CAT to operate without loss of mission effectiveness. Contractor will provide 24/7 on-call maintenance and services for the entire system and sub-components with a 4-hr response time and routine preventive maintenance.
Maintenance and Service during warranty period includes the following:
-- Ensuring system is free from defects in material and workmanship, in accordance with the contract, drawings, specifications, alterations and additions thereto.
-- All system components regardless of age will be covered by vendor and will be replaced at vendor’s expense in the case of component failure not related to customer misuse/abuse.
-- 4 hour (or less) on-site response time via phone or on-site service; based on 19th Wing Plans and Programs (19 AW/XP) determination of resolve.
-- For the purpose of the attached PWS, warranty, maintenance and service of this system is defined as those tasks to keep the system in original working order.
52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum
In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's and 19CONS.TEAM3.ORG@us.af.mil. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award.
A complete quote consists of the following:
a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c.
b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed.
c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission.
d) All vendors must offer a certificate of authority from Crestron Electronics to identify that their company is certified to work and maintain their equipment.
Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 25 May 2021 at 01:00 PM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB @ 1230 PM CST to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask at all times on the installation. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 21 May 2021 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base.
