Specifications include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with the AOE Project Manager a proposed schedule and sequence for conducting the on-site facilities assessments. The AOE Project Manager will provide contact information as needed and shall approve all materials, survey instruments, and informational campaign content. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling all site-based assessment appointments. 2) The Contractor shall provide verification of the gross square footage (exterior) of each building listed. 3) The Contractor shall provide an export containing the data collected during the assessment that connects the data back to the compiled inventory report. All data shall match the report information consistently throughout the two phases (Facilities Inventory and Assessment, AOE to provide data collected from Inventory Phase I). Contractor shall provide digital access to all data to AOE. When the assessment is conducted, either MasterFormat or UniFormatII should be used for the description of Assets. The State would prefer MasterFormat so that any building work that may precipitate from this inventory and its assessment can be scoped and executed as efficiently as possible.
