Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design and install a new apron drive PBB at Gate B-9 at the South Terminal of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). The new PBB is to replace the existing PBB at the same location and is to be fully integrated into the south terminal. The new PBB shall be sized to accommodate the range of aircraft types as described in these documents. a. Design and install modifications to tug road striping, including lead in line, stop bars, bogey boxes, safety area, and gate identification mark across the tug road, etc. as necessary to satisfy airline and airport requirements for the type of aircraft served. b. For the existing Rotunda Foundation at Gate B-9: Perform a structural analysis, and determine adequacy for re-use. New PBB shall not impose loads more than 105% of the existing loads. If modifications or replacement of the existing Rotunda Foundation is required, the cost of design, furnishing and constructing the Rotunda Foundation shall be negotiated by fixed price change order in accordance with Section 01028 and reimbursed through Cash Allowances. c. Gate B9 will be available for construction work no earlier than October 1, 2023. d. The existing PBB from B-9 shall be demolished and removed from the site.
