Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Chelmsford is soliciting bids for the site work and landscaping to be completed at the Center School Playground at 84 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA for this summer/fall season and again in the spring. The Town of Chelmsford has removed the existing playground and will be installing the playground in mid-August 2022. Irrigation is being installed by others but is required to be coordinated with the Contractor so that installation occurs prior to fertilization and seeding. The project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor and equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to complete the Project which consists of removing and disposing of 6" of the existing topsoil at the playground, applying loam, slice seed, hydroseed, and fertilizer this Fall 2022 and slice seed, fertilizer, and hydroseed again in Spring 2023. The Scope of Work also includes incidentals necessary and required to complete in an acceptable manner.
