Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor to provide approximately 5,000-15,000 meals in a congregate setting at the Gilbert Senior Center and approximately 10,000-20,000 home delivered meals to those Gilbert residents who are homebound, frail, elderly or disabled. In addition to meal service program, contractor is expected to provided support group services, monitoring of homebound residents, coordinating volunteer efforts, scheduling and coordinating of social and recreational activating, providing transportation for contractor approved trips. B. Contractor shall be compensated one-hundred and thirty-eight thousand, five hundred sixty dollars ($138,560.00) over the course of a fiscal year for the services provided. Payment is terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. No pre-payment or partial up front down payment will be made for any goods or services. C. Contractor shall be granted use of specific space at the Gilbert Senior Center to conduct specified services. Space may include kitchen, office, dining area and meeting rooms. Contractor is responsible for cleaning kitchen and maintenance of kitchen appliances. Contractor staff must provide food handlers permit. D. Contractor is required to provide marketing and outreach on services provided. Contactor is also responsible for providing an Annual Update to the Parks and Recreation Staff and Advisory Board on the services provided using targeted data metrics
