Specifications include, but are not limited to: West Virginia University, on behalf of its Board of Governors, is requesting proposals from qualified Vendorsthat can provide a comprehensive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning System (“ERP System”). The intent of a new ERP system is to replace a variety of software and applications currently in use across campus and that provide current Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Student Information System (SIS) capabilities. The ERP System is also expected to be the single source of truth for data and records, streamline business processes to create capacity, provide a better end-user experience for employees and students, and enable realtime strategic and operational reporting capabilities for WVU leaders, executives, and board members.
