Please include the cost adjustment for a decrease or increase in the number of pages in the appropriate area on the bid form.; Type of Paper: 50# book stock.; Color: The cover shall be the same stock as the booklet. Front page shall be full color without bleeds and partial color for the back page cover. Front page color which shall not bleed and back page cover with partial color. There will be a map in the book that covers 2 pages that will be in full color (example attached). All other pages black and white (this is a book that is printed front and back on each page, with cover); Additional Requirements: Borough shall provide electronic file in PDF with all items in position via email. Vendor shall provide service and instructions for the electronic transmission of file. Please have two sets of proofs included in base cost. The bid price must include all costs associated with the printing, processing, delivery, and mailing of the brochures, including postage.; The vendor must use their own bulk mail permit. Be sure to include any associated costs of delivering.; Duplicate Addresses: Vendor shall be responsible for removing all duplicate addresses.; Quantity: Approximately 88,000 total copies; the exact total number of database mailings will not be known until the vendor deletes the duplicate mailing addresses from the file.; Please include the cost adjustment for a decrease or increase in the number of brochures in the appropriate area on the bid form.; Distribution/Mailing: Bulk mailed to address listing based on computer database of registered voter’s households; pre-sorted, with the vendor mailing the brochures. Database will be provided via e-mail from the Clerk’s Office.
