The process to build these devices involves handling strong solvents. The hood will be used to perform these chemical processes in a safe environment. The system should be able to handle following solvents: IPA, Aceton, Methanol, Ethanol, Ethylene Glycol, Photoresists: AZ family (AZ P4210, P4620...) 950 PMMA, LOR 5B S1805, SU8 2000, and more.
