Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lot 1: Widening Charleston Boulevard to provide streetscape enhancements including widened sidewalks with street trees, median landscape and related irrigation, pavement replacement, milling and overlay, new signing and striping, dual arm street lights, new traffic signals, new water line and storm drain facilities, and ITS. Additionally the project includes construction of private property improvements including parking lot overlays, striping, signage relocations, and onsite utility relocations.; Lot 2: Rehabilitation of approximately 4,670 linear feet of 45" existing sewer and 7 manholes within Rancho Drive.; Lot 3: Demolition of a portion of existing retail bay #1 and converting the remaining portion of retail bay #1 into part of Retail Bay #2. Interior work to the new retail bay will be prepared as a white shell by removing and capping utility services as necessary.
