All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide harvesting services at Baucum Nursery, located at 1402 Hwy. 391 North in North Little Rock, Arkansas. B. Contractor shall provide safety equipment and clothing for each of their employees while providing harvesting services for AAD-FD, which includes but is not limited to: 1. Boots 2. Gloves 3. Eye protection 4. Aprons C. Contractor shall operate the following equipment as needed to harvest seedlings: 1. Strappers 2. Gel hoses 3. Sewing machine 4. Staple machine D. Contractor shall provide AAD-FD with efficient harvesting services which includes but is not limited to performing the following tasks: 1. Lifting 2. Packing 3. Placing containers on trailer 4. Taking containers off trailer 5. Placing containers on conveyers 6. Spraying roots systems 7. Closing containers 8. Strapping or sewing containers 9. Placing container on pallets
