Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1. Provide replacement kiosk liners, new kiosks, and ultimate disposal, for up to 40 pharmacies, hospitals with onsite pharmacies, or Long-Term Care Facilities for the term of contract. 2.2.2. Provide technical assistance to facilities receiving the drug disposal liners, including guidance to participating facilities on approved DEA regulations for packaging and how to mail liners with disposed pharmaceuticals back to the vendor for incineration. 2.2.3. Provide monthly metrics (number of liners collected, pounds of medications collected, etc.) to be negotiated between contractor and the Vermont Department of Health. 2.2.4. Provide Liners consistent with the current kiosks, roughly 40 inches Wide by 46 inches Height, approximately 1-3MIL thickness.
