Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project will be constructed in two contract divisions, which is defined and outlined as follows: Base Bid: In general, the project consists of a new stormwater collection system in three divisions, parking lot improvements, and a new potable water distribution system for the Jennings County 4H Fairgrounds. It is the intent of the Owner to issue a Notice to Proceed shortly following the fair season at the track. The main fair occurs in mid-June. The storm sewer divisions are as follows. Division 2 and 3 may be added in addition to Division 1 work. The fairgrounds will choose which divisions to award based on funding available. Division 1 involves a new outlet and stormwater work on the east and north side of the fairgrounds. Division 2 involves an underdrain for the track on the south side of the site. Division 3 involves stormwater work on the west side of the fairgrounds.
