Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Purchase of 11 HVAC units for Twelve (12) Head Start campuses: o Chapel Hill – Six (6) Units: Wise Elementary at 10659 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75707; o Gladewater – Four (4) Units: Gladewater Primary at 100 W Gay Ave, Gladewater, TX 75647; o Martin’s Mill – Two (2) Units: Martins Mill Elementary at 301 Co Rd 1861, Ben Wheeler, TX 75754.; o Original specification and location of each unit is provided here. (Click link to access.); o Each unit must include: ▪ 3.5 Ton Wall Mount,; ▪ Refrigerant,; ▪ Ionization Option.; o Unit must meet all state and local codes, as well as any recommendations by local cities and additional code enforcements.; • Accessories: o External: ▪ Trim added, metal siding from around units,; ▪ Add flashing trim around new units.; o Internal: ▪ Duct work replacement as required for efficiency,; ▪ Replace all filter grills and air return grills.; • Service: o Turn-key installation.; o Supply all necessary installation materials.; o Coordinate with each local utility service for installation.; o Clean-up & disposal of all existing materials and equipment.; o Provide lifting and installation equipment.; o Respondent provided maintenance contracts
