Must be a Hitch Type: 3-pt. 3.1.1.1.4. Must be a minimum Horsepower: 20 3.1.1.1.5. Must be a minimum Offset: 6” 3.1.1.1.6. Must be Blade type: Disc 3.1.1.1.7. Must have a minimum quantity of 10 Blades 3.1.1.2.Vendor must provide the following features: 3.1.1.2.1. Must have 10 rows to cover a large area. 3.1.1.2.2. Must have two boxes with closeable slides to keep the seeds inside. 3.1.1.2.3. Must have adjustable seed slots for various size seeds. 3.1.1.2.4. Must include a lid to keep seeds dry. 3.1.1.2.5. Must be a Category 1. 3.1.1.3. Vendor must provide a minimum of 12-months warranty on limited parts for Contract Item #1. 3.1.1.4. Vendor must provide a seed spreader that is in new condition. 3.1.1.4.1. Vendors bidding items that is listed as used, pre-owned (used) or refurbished will be disqualified. 3.1.1.5. Vendor must include all delivery cost associated with this purchase in their bid price. 3.1.1.6. Must be in stock and available for immediate delivery.
