Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide the Services and Deliverable(s) as work directly with The Black Hills State University (BLACK HILLS STATE UNIVERSITY) Office of Student Financial Aid in concert with the Director of Student Financial Aid, to assist in awarding and processing of student aid awards and all non-administrative functions.; More Specifically: Summer awarding in Banner; All levels for financial aid packaging in Banner; Certification and origination of loans; Back-end processing of student financial aid records, including awarding, packaging, and verification.; Student counseling; Loan verification and processing, including PLUS and Alternative loans; Return to Title IV (R2TIV) processing; Banner Financial Aid Module software testing; Banner software integration, programming, and testing; Atomic software integration, programming, and testing; Federal Work-study Processing and Reconciliation; Financial Aid Training on Title IV processing; Banner Financial Aid Training; Reconciliation ; Scholarships; Maintaining the financial aid website (including net price calculator); Satisfactory Academic Progress monitoring; Transfer monitoring ; Maintaining Department of Education Software (EDConnect, COD, NSLDS, etc.)
