Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 System shall fully comply with requirements of the most current revision of ASTM D2872, AASHTO T240, EN, and CTM testing standards for RFTO. 3.1.1.2 Instrument shall have a temperature cabinet with double-walled construction, high density insulation, and stainless-steel interior. 3.1.1.3 Instrument shall be 230 V (60 Hz). 3.1.1.4 Instrument shall employ a programmable Proportional Integral Derivative (P.I.D.) type controller. 3.1.1.5 Instrument shall include separate digital LED readouts for both Measured Temperature and Set Point Temperature. 3.1.1.6 Instrument shall include an air pressure gauge capable of reading between the range of 0-100 PSI with the included capability of making accurate air flow adjustments. 3.1.1.7 Instrument shall be capable of maintaining a temperature range between ambient to 200 degrees Celsius. 3.1.1.8 Instrument shall include thermal protection to prevent overheating with over temperature safety shut-off.
