Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work under these specifications shall include furnishing the Relay Panels along with all the equipment mounted on the Panel: 2 Duplex Relay Panels for Whelan Energy Center. 1 Duplex Relay Panel for East 7th Street Substation 1 Duplex Panel for B Street Substation All Work shall be produced in accordance with the current laws, ordinances, regulations, codes, standards, and rules applicable to Professional Engineers practicing in the state of Nebraska. If required by the applicable current laws, ordinances, regulations, codes, standards and rules; the Supplier design documents (calculations, drawings, specifications, statements of special inspections, certificates of compliance, etc.) shall be certified and sealed by an engineer licensed to practice in the state of Nebraska and shall be submitted to the Purchaser.
