Specifications include, but are not limited to: •The building is located at 221 Mall Drive in Rapid City.•It is 100,242 square feet.•The building manager will be the normal point of contact between the contractor and state staff in thebuilding.•Random inspections will be made by the building manager, supervisor or other delegated Statepersonnel, checking the performance of the contractor. The contractor will rectify the reportedcomplaint(s) the day after notification is received.•The contractor will perform the necessary usual and normal janitorial services required to maintain aclean and healthful environment in the offices.•The contractor shall be responsible for direct supervision of its employee(s) performing the janitorialduties described herein to ensure the cleaning is in fact being accomplished as required.•The contractor or any person employed by the contractor to perform the cleaning services may nothave another position or job which might be construed as a conflict of interest or which mayjeopardize the confidentiality of department records.•All cleaning supplies, garbage (trash) plastic bags and equipment that are required shall be suppliedby the contractor.
