Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials, and any needed rental equipment to remove, replace and dispose of the existing heat pump units. The existing units are listed below: (see the extent of new work below, everything demolished will be replaced under this contract) 1. Ten (10) – heat pump systems tagged Unit #1 through #5 and Unit #7 through #11 2. One (1) – Twelve Ton Package Cabinet air handler system tagged Unit #6 3. Components ONLY to One (1) TRANE – 20 ton outside air unit tagged OAU-1. Components are the full outdoor compressor/ condenser unit, indoor unit’s internal A/C coil, indoor unit’s internal electric heating coil with heater controls per TRANE 3. Five (5) – Mini-split cooling only systems tagged FCU A through FCU E 4. Three (3) – Package Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) tagged PTAC 1, 2, and 3 are located at the Bryan District Office.
