Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Facility provides dual diverse entrances for carriers; 2. Facility is Tier 3/Tier 4 compliant 3. Facility provides 16 power whips and receptacles. All racked equipment is dual-power supply units (A and B). AC Power 38 KW total estimated for entire cage. 4. N+1 chillers and heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems 5. Site infrastructure N+1 electrical power storage and distribution facilities has expected availability of at least 99.982% 6. A secured, private cage sized to contain six (6) 48U 30” wide cabinets (Cabinets not included in this contract) 7. Provide access to a time server on premise without a separate recurring monthly fee. If no time server is not available from the facility, the vendor will indicate in their response. (a) If no time server connection is available, allow connection and installation of a mounted GPS antenna and cable from the DART cage to the data center roof. Cable distance shall be up to 250 feet 8. Provide a fiber distribution panel mounted in a rack location specified by DART for cross connections to the colocation network (Cross connections not included in this contract.) 9. Provide a badge reader on the DART cage door without a separate recurring monthly fee. If a badge reader is not available from the facility, the vendor will indicate in their response. 10. Offer connection to the internet (Subscription and cross connection not included in this contract.).
