Specifications include, but are not limited to: Calculate mean and median unadjusted earnings gaps between employee groups. Calculate adjusted earnings gaps between employee groups, using appropriate analytical techniques such as multi-variate regression analysis, with potential explanatory variables: o Age o Years of service o Level of education o Gender o Race/Ethnicity/Color o Geographical Factors o Other variables as appropriate. Compare contractor’s current results with any previous KCTCS pay equity research. Utilize a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods to review unadjusted earnings gaps and statistically significant adjusted earnings gaps to identify root causes of pay inequity. Perform a diagnostic evaluation of KCTCS’s 2022 Compensation Plan, relate the plan to individuals’ pay, and identify any irregularities between gender identities, alone or with another protected status.
