All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service; • Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures; • Complete hygienic cleaning of ALL restrooms especially the toilets, urinals and sinks, the walls and floors around toilet, urinal and sink areas (Cleaning Rest Rooms Specification, Exhibit B), wipe and sanitize handrails, refill toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom, paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, ect.; • Complete hygienic cleaning of ALL locker rooms, sanitizing the shower stalls (walls and floor), sinks, toilets urinals wiping down benches, walls and countertops with antibacterial cloths , refill all toilet tissue and paper towel dispensers, ect.; • Empty all waste baskets; collect trash and remove to proper disposal containers; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets in common areas.; • Empty paper shredders and place contents in proper disposal container, clean and vacuum area around shedders afterwards.; • Vacuum ALL carpets: remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary.; • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors including all entry ways, cellar stairs and radio technician/office areas.; • After sweeping damp mop all non-carpeted floors including all entry ways but excluding cellar stairs and radio technician/office areas.; • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and then damp mop all chair mats.; • Clean and disinfect all water fountains using a clean, unused cloth.; • Complete hygienic cleaning of kitchen area including, stove, microwaves, tables, counters and refrigerators. Interior and exterior of microwaves and refrigerators must be cleaned.; • Wash glass doors (both sides), entry way glass (both sides) interior windows and glass walls including in communications room and corridors.; • Clean exterior of vending machines.; • Clean and organize classroom and conference rooms when not in use (chairs, tables, chalkboard, dry erase boards, sink and countertops).; • Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors.; • Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners.; • Police all entrances to building; pick up trash, cigarette butts, etc.; Weekly: • Clean and disinfect all landline telephones.; • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet) including but not exclusive door casings, file cabinets, wall art, window moldings, ect.; • Clean/wash, buff and wax floors in reception areas, Trooper’s room. Training room, central file room, communications, kitchen, hallways, stairwells and elevators with tile floors.; Monthly - First Saturday of the month: • Clean mop/base boards.; • Clean desktops if cleared by State personnel.; • Vacuum air intake and exhaust grills.
