All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service: • Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures; • Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms especially walls and floors around sink, toilet and urinal areas (Cleaning Rest Rooms Specification, Custodial General Specifications), wipe and sanitize handrails, refill toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom, paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, ect.; • Empty waste baskets; collect trash; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets in common areas.; • Empty paper shredders and place contents in department supplied dumpster.; • Vacuum carpets: remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary.; • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors including all entry ways, cellar stairs and radio technician/office areas.; • After sweeping damp mop all non-carpeted floors including all entry ways but excluding cellar stairs and radio technician/office areas.; • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and then damp mop all chair mats.; • Clean and disinfect all water fountains using a clean, unused cloth.; • Clean and sanitize sinks, stove, tables and counters in kitchen.; Monthly: • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet).; • Clean exterior of refrigerator, microwave and vending machines.; • Clean mop/base boards.; • As Requested, minimally once per month but no more than once per month - Sweep and clean cellar area (must be supervised by a State Employee.); As Needed / As Requested: The following tasks will be performed when the contractor’s personnel notices they need to be done or if the Agreement Administrator or their designee requests it.; • Replace lightbulbs.; • Clean, sweep and police all exterior walkway areas.; • Spot clean walls, vertical window treatments and woodwork as needed.; • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator
