Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of constructing approximately 7,500 SY of 8” doweled concrete pavement, 800 SY of 8” concrete pavement, 10,500 SY of 6” concrete pavement with 6” curb and gutter, 250 SY of 6” concrete pavement, 34,260 SF of 6” concrete trail/sidewalk, 1,850 SF of 4” concrete sidewalk, 1,850 LF of 24”, 18”, & 15” storm sewer pipe, drainage structures, 1,900 LF of PVC sanitary sewer main with structures and services, 2,500 LF of 8” & 6” PVC water main with services, fittings, valves, and fire hydrants, site removals, clearing and grubbing, site grading, excavation for recreational pond, earthwork for embankment structure, erosion control, traffic control, 2,300 ton of rip rap, 20 acres of seeding, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications.
