Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a catalog of shovel ready construction projects and cost estimates for the University to pursue as annual funding allows. This project is broken down into the following (6) phases: 1. Critical Power Systems - End of life replacement for critical power systems & components (e.g. high voltage switches & medium voltage transformers, multiple switchgear, emergency generator, etc), sized to accommodate the future MEP improvements. 2. Chiller Replacement - End of life replacement for (1) of building’s (2) chiller systems. 3. Special Collections & Galenti Lounge - Provide new HVAC system dedicated to University’s special collections to maintain critical space dewpoint. Make HVAC noise control improvements to Galenti Lounge. 4. BMS, AHU’s & Distribution - End of life replacement of building management system controls. End of life replacement of (10) air handling units incorporating new ventilation and dehumidification improvements. Refurbishment and end of life replacement of air distribution. 5. Electrical Distribution - Refurbishment and end of life replacement of electrical distribution systems. 6. Steam & Hydronic Distribution - Refurbishment and end of life replacement of steam and hydronic distribution systems.
