Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovate Four Mile Creek campground and all required related work. Improvements to the Four Mile Creek Campground include, but are not limited to, renovations to bathhouse#1 and replace bathhouse #2, convert camper check-in into laundry facility, install new campground check-in station, replacement of all electrical pedestals to provide 50/30/20 amp service at campsites, provide campsites with sewer hook-ups where possible, replace all water lines and hydrants, expand and resurface all campsite pads, reconfigure sites to include pull through campsites sites, resurfacing the circulation roads, provide new campsite furnishings, and provide ADA mobility feature compliance.; 1. Demolition: The existing East bathhouse which currently provides bathing, restroom and laundry facilities shall be fully demolished. Refer to Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical narratives for extent of system demolition required.; 2. Renovation: The existing North and South bathhouses shall be renovated. Existing plumbing and electrical connections to remain, but existing fixtures shall be replaced. All existing utilities services shall be updated as required for new work. Interior and exterior walls shall be cleaned and painted. Interior wall and shower floor tile shall be removed and the surfaces scraped, repaired and cleaned. New tile shall be installed on the walls. All existing flooring will be cleaned and repaired as required, and new epoxy floor coating will be applied throughout. Existing roofing shall be removed at the bathhouses and new asphalt shingle roofing installed.; The existing camp store shall also be renovated to accommodate new laundry facilities. Electrical and plumbing connections shall be provided. Interior and exterior walls shall be cleaned and painted. Existing flooring shall be cleaned and repaired as required, and new epoxy floor coating shall be applied. The existing roofing will also be removed at the existing camp store and new asphalt shingle roofing installed.; 3. New Construction: A new bathhouse shall be constructed in the location of the previously demolished East bathhouse. All plumbing and electrical services shall be updated as required for new work. The bathhouse will be constructed of concrete block walls on a new concrete pad with a continuous 60” wide sidewalk at the exterior. All interior and exterior walls shall be painted block. The new floor shall have an epoxy floor coating throughout. The roof structure will be treated wood with asphalt shingle finish. All new necessary furnishings, fixtures and equipment shall be provided.; A new camp store and check-in building shall be constructed across the road from the South bathhouse, adjacent to campsite 13. New electrical and plumbing services shall be provided. The camp store will be constructed of a new concrete pad with patio space in front and concrete masonry walls up to 32” above finished floor with treated wood walls up to roof. The interior walls shall be wood studs with gypsum board finish. All interior and exterior walls shall be painted, and the new floor will have epoxy floor coating throughout. The new roof structure will be treated wood with asphalt shingle finish. All necessary furnishings, fixtures and equipment shall be provided.
