This solicitation will support customers’ subsistence requirements in the Northern NewEngland Region (Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont).
This acquisition will result in a four (4) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that includes
one (1) twenty-four (24) month base period, inclusive of an up to an one hundred and twenty (120) day implementation period and a twenty-four (24) month) option period.
The estimated dollar value of this acquisition is $6,400,000 for a four (4) year period. The guaranteed minimum
dollar value is ten (10) percent of the total estimated dollar value, $640,000. The maximum dollar value is 150%
of the estimated dollar value, totaling $9,600,000 inclusive of the option period. The Government’s legal obligation under this contract shall only be that of the guaranteed minimum.
