Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of professional services will include programming, site analysis, concept development, 3D graphic representation, and LEED or Green Globes certification for the new South Dakota Art Museum; in addition to, basic architectural and engineering services. Conceptual design images of potential floor plans, elevations, perspectives shall be included in the scope of services. The services shall provide a space plan, program, schematic design, and cost estimate that can be used to acquire and obligate the financial resources to complete the project. Professional design services beyond the programming and conceptual phases will be continued after substantial project funding has been procured and legislative authority has been attained.
