Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (“SNRHA”)seeks the services of a vendor with demonstrated successful experience in IT Strategy for Public Housing or similar agencies to develop, formalize, plan & implement SNRHA's IT Strategic Roadmap - What tools, why, and when for the agency as a whole and each department to better serve SNRHA’s customers, employees, and partners. The selected vendor will: 1. Meet with and confirm with SNRHA’s executive team and Department Leaders, IT Support Vendors, and existing suppliers, to confirm the current IT strategy, objectives, direction, pain points and opportunities for optimization. 2. The selected vendor may be asked to oversee IT vendors and support SNRHA’s IT operations in the absence of IT Leadership or transitions. This fee, as well as acquisition of licenses will be negotiated as part of the contract. 3. Develop a more evolved IT strategy roadmap that includes key milestones to assist SNRHA to make the Digital Transformation moves that will enhance the agency’s ability to deliver the best service to the community and comply with regulatory requirements. 4. The vendor will be responsible for helping to select, acquire or provide licenses for, and implement IT solutions and infrastructure technology to maximize collaboration, security, remote work and paper efficiencies that advance SNRHA’s IT environment and capacity, capabilities and efficiency. 5. This will most likely include but may not be limited to leveraging the use of existing IT tools and solutions, such as Yardi Voyager, SharePoint, and HR information solutions. 6. The vendor may be asked to propose, identify, configure and deploy, configurable cloud based solutions, workflow collaboration tools to help address key performance areas such as a Customer Service Workflow Automation & Response Solution. Allow for tracking of incoming request from phone and web, alert proper departments with dashboards. 7. The vendor will be asked to develop and deploy Operational Dashboards - (based on data availability) Monitor key performance indicators of service request dashboards. 8. The selected vendor will make recommendations and assist SNRHA with Digital Transformation in the area of Digital Document Management improvements for Finance, HCV, LIPH, HR, CFP, Onboarding, and Workflows.
