Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Hardware a) Provide a standalone UPS with external bypass and line filtering. b) Provide JCI Server Software with 100 device limit connectivity to network area controllers. c) Provide (8) new JACE 8000’s to replace the legacy JACE 200’s, JACE 300’s, and JACE 403’s distributed across various facilities. These JACE’s are incompatible with the N4 operating system. Any JACE at version 6.0 or greater will remain in place with its OS upgraded. d) For all Control Panels, provide all labeling, identification, and tagging of system components and wire terminations as required. 2. Graphics/Programming a) Provide new customized 3D graphical representations of all Building Automation System connected HVAC equipment. b) Provide accurate 3D models of architectural floor plans and HVAC zones. c) New common interface design implemented across all campuses. d) System wide navigation with streamlined access to each campus. e) Provide alarming capabilities including a customizable email/messaging service. f) Provide complete schedule service with holiday overrides. g) Provide all programming necessary for optimized start/stop algorithms. h) Provide customized reporting capabilities including system summary’s, reports to automatically generated and emailed to appropriate parties. i) Provide all specified trend log/history data of control points. j) System capable of storing system wide trend logs for a period of not less than three (3) years. k) The Building Automation System be web enabled, with the programming tool available through any web browser. l) System operators have full capability to monitor the system, adjust all available setpoints, configure operating programs, and modify graphical interface. 3. Inclusions a) Installation all panels that are not factory installed (includes subpanels that arrive after enclosures are mounted) b) Equipment as required c) Daily cleanup of workspaces d) Conduit above hard-lid ceilings and in Mechanical Rooms. e) Plenum rated cable above drop ceiling 4. Exclusions a) Furnish and install the following: o DDC controls for systems not listed within this proposal
