Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marzano Research will facilitate a process to set the aspirational goal, establish a progress monitoring schedule, and develop a reporting template. Collaborators for this work will include the Aspirational Goals Working Group, the K12 Coordination Council’s Strategic Goals Subcommittee, and a North Dakota research team comprised of Stan Schauer, director of assessment for NDDPI, and researchers Greg Carlson and Ellie Shockley from the North Dakota University System. The chair of the Strategic Goals Subcommittee, State Superintendent Kirsten Baesler, will present these deliverables to the K12 Coordination Council for review and approval at the December 2022 council meeting.
