Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Fire Alarm Monitoring, Inspections and Testing services. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform 24-hour fire alarm monitoring, annual inspections and testing services of the existing facility Fire alarm system at CHP Dunsmuir Grade C.V.E.F. The contract will consist of the following: 1. 24-hour monitoring of the fire alarm system through Underwriter Laboratory (UL) listed central monitoring station. 2. Maintain UL certification of the fire alarm system in accordance with the NFPA 72, latest edition adopted by the State of California. 3. Replace system batteries annually, at no cost to the State. 4. Document and provide a list of the make, model and serial number of the fire alarm equipment to CHP Facilities Coordinator. 5. Provide annual testing of the fire alarm system, including all devices to include the Scale House building. Test results to be sent to the on-site Facilities Coordinator as well as Ron Zonneveld, CHP Facilities Coordinator at 601 North 7th Street, Building B, Sacramento, CA 95811.
