Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new license management system should have the following features: 1. Allow a user to log into the system for both back office and online functionality (back-office agency staff and license holders). 2. Allow the processing of applications and renewals online and in the back office. 3. Allow for the payment of fees and enforcement fines online and in the back office. 4. Include features that are equal to the features offered by the current system of record with respect to license management, case management, inspections tracking and reporting. 5. Allow for the upload of documents for case management and license management both from the back office and the portal. 6. Allow for security permissions restricting access to case files and case documents. 7. Be installed as a cloud-based solution with no hardware required on premises. 8. Be accessible in a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and be responsive for mobile browsing. 9. The ability to configure new license types and make modifications to existing license type, case type and workflow configuration without requiring programming changes from the vendor.
