Batteries must be standard, off-the-shelf batteries (for example: “D” batteries) and avoid specialized oneof- a- kind batteries. Identify the number of paper towel dispenses and size expected through battery charge (for example: 100,000, etc./9” paper length) Noise level shall be less than 50 dBA Color should be black or stainless steel Ideally, dispenser should be made with Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) content. The LVCVA is replacing all the dispensers with the same model; therefore, the dispensers should be a newer product that will be available for replacement/restock for at least 5 years, if possible. B. Programming Ideally, should have a customized/preset towel length Ideally, it should have a customized/preset towel distance sensitivity Have a LED light indictor for low battery and/or low paper towel roll Ideal if dispenser can be programmed and updated remotely.
