Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Vendor must provide a cloud hosting PAAS that provides end-users the following features at a minimum: 3.1.1.1 Developer Tools 3.1.1.1.1 Access to and retrieval of stored backup data in the cloud. 3.1.1.1.2 Access to a status dashboard identifying site adherence to best practices. 3.1.1.1.3 Ability to test and initiate restoration of backups via a site dashboard for any manual or scheduled backup. 3.1.1.1.4 Ability to hook into platform workflows to automate custom code execution. Code used to hook into platform workflows should be stored within the site codebase. 3.1.1.2 Support Services 3.1.1.2.1 Access to a support professional via chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3.1.1.2.2 Access to a ticket-based support professional 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 1-hour maximum response time. 3.1.1.2.3 Access to an emergency phone call with a support professional 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 15-minute maximum response time. 3.1.1.2.4 Access to publicly accessible documentation of PAAS features. 3.1.1.2.5 Access to a system status dashboard documenting the current state of the Platform’s technical operations. 3.1.1.2.6 Access to dedicated account manager. 3.1.1.3 Change Management 3.1.1.3.1 User roles for the following audiences: Administrator, Team Member, Developer. 3.1.1.3.2 Access to create account users for Administrator and Team Member roles only. 3.1.1.3.3 Administrative access to grant users the following roles: Administrator, Team Member, Developer. 3.1.1.3.4 Deployment to Test and Live environments limited to Administrator and Team Member roles.
