Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement and upgrades to all security cameras, related UPS units, and to provide HVAC for operation requirements, and all required related work.; Replace and upgrade the interior and exterior security cameras, backup power for cameras, HVAC for upgrades, and all required related work.; 1. Coordinate full IP scheme for all new equipment.; 2. TDOC IT to prepare network switches based on final camera layout design.; 3. Mini-split units should be installed, and condensate lines run. Power for the mini-splits and condenser units should also be run at this time. Exterior condenser unit installation on roofs or building walls, along with drainage and any coring for building penetrations should be completed early, prior to other work. ; 4. All UPS loads (existing and new) must be calculated to ensure feeder circuits are sufficient.: a. Upgrade any circuits required (not anticipated for this site.); b. Upgrade UPS units to new models.; 5. Begin implementation of Valerus VMS installation: a. Install new server(s) in Central Admin.; b. TDOC IT to work closely with the contractor to discover all existing servers, workstations, cameras, and other network discoverable components to add them to the Valerus platform.; c. Existing IP cameras can be brought on to record to the new servers.; 6. Begin camera and conduit installation.: a. Cameras can only be taken offline if their views are duplicated by another camera.; b. Install new conduit and CAT-6 cabling for any new camera locations.; c. Install multi-sensor and fisheye cameras early to attain maximal coverage.; d. Upgrade cameras and extend conduit and cabling to new locations where camera positions need to change.; 7. As cameras are brought online to the new VMS platform, TDOC IT should begin programming camera call ups to the control system and fence alarm system.; 8. Repeat for all other buildings according to desired installation sequence.
