Specifications include, but are not limited to: installing new C900 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pressure pipe at one site within the City of Las Vegas and two sites within Clark County jurisdiction, all within the District’s service area. The first site installs a 12-inch pipe to replace existing parallel 10-inch and 8-inch asbestos cement pipelines (ACP) in Maryland Parkway between Desert Inn Road and Vegas Valley Drive. The second site installs 10-inch pipe to replace existing 6-inch ACP in St. Louis Avenue between 10th Street and 6th Street. This second site also connects the recently installed 10-inch pipeline in St. Louis Avenue (between 10th Street and Maryland Parkway) to the existing properties and other water mains in the area. The third site installs 8-inch pipe to replace existing 6-inch ACP in Reeder Circle, north of Century Garden Drive.
