Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. An outreach plan for how to promote the trainings and enroll those who might benefit.; 2. Data and reports demonstrating outcomes for each deliverable.; 3. Military Culture Trainings for community-based providers in the State of New Hampshire.: a. Training content should introduce providers to military culture including core values, terminology, branches of the service, and military operations.; b. The unique needs of the National Guard, including the Army and Air Guards, should be discussed.; c. Training curriculum should also cover the impact of deployment on families, challenges in post-deployment reintegration, and resources available in New Hampshire to those who have served and their families.; d. Training should be appropriate for both clinical and non-clinical professionals who work with SMVF.; e. The coordination and promotion of this training is expected to be completed in collaboration with, or as a result of input from, the NH Suicide Prevention Council—Military & Veterans Committee.; 4. Training for professionals in New Hampshire involved with, or interested in, the Veterans Track.: a. The content of this training is expected to be coordinated in collaboration with, or as a result of input from, the NH Justice Involved Veterans Task Force.; b. The training should be available a minimum of twice during the time of the contract.
