Compel residents within our geography to pre-subscribe or subscribe to our services using digital and traditional marketing techniques c. Specialized campaigns for previously unconnected, underserved, underrepresented members within the communities d. Differentiate our products and services from competitors e. Maintain a press presence through the dissemination of regularly newsworthy content through public relation newswires 3. Manage or assist with management of existing website (which will span multiple technologies including WordPress and other tools we may decide to incorporate later) including collaboration with CVFiber team and implementing updates that reflect our values and drive engagement
