Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Concrete foundation is required for the placement of one (1) Conex box, twenty (20) feet in length x nine (9) feet wide, with a gross weight of Sixty-Seven Thousand Two-Hundred (67,200) pounds. Concrete pad shall be twenty-two (22’) feet in length and ten (10’) feet in width. B. Install 24’ X 4‘ (twenty-four feet by four feet) ramp/walkway leading to the man door. Man door is eight (8”) inches from ground, three (3’) feet wide and located in the center of the box (diagram attached). Grade cement accordingly. C. Provide compacted aggregate base of six (6”) inches compacted stone, gravel or equivalent and six (6”) inch of cement. D. Cap landscaping lines prior to installation. E. Install reinforcement rebar, or equal, to withhold cracking due to weight and settling, moisture, and corrosion. F. Application of concrete shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions to properly cure and be within a suitable temperature range. G. Broom finish new concrete area. H. Keep concrete moist while concrete is curing, following the manufacturer’s packaging recommendations.
