Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to Senate Bill 196, the Department of Social Services, Division of Behavioral Health shall provide grants to support alcohol and drug abuse recovery programs and services for women delivered through certain residential alternative care programs and to declare an emergency. Offerors must submit responses to each of the following requirements specified in sections 3.1 through 3.4. 3.1 SERVICES: The proposal must detail the Offeror’s plan to support alcohol and drug abuse recovery programs and services for women delivered through certain residential alternative care programs. 3.2 SERVICE AREA: The proposal must identify the Offeror’s demonstrated capacity to serve a new or underserved area with qualifying services. 3.3 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN: The proposal must identify the Offeror’s plan and timeline for implementation of services. If the proposal includes construction and/or remodeling, the Offeror must identify the timeline for such efforts. 3.4 DESIGNATION STATUS: The proposal must identify the Offeror’s plan to comply in full with all licensing and other standards required by Federal, State, County, City or Tribal statute, regulations or ordinance in which the service and/or care is provided as applicable.
