Specifications include, but are not limited to: A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include approximately 3,984 SF tenant improvement that includes finishing of an existing shell space in room 749 for a new Pharmacy Dean’s Suite accommodating, offices, shared workspace, conference space, and a remodeled lobby to create a new lobby and reception area. The existing Pharmacy Administration space will be remodeled to accommodate new faculty offices and shared office space for graduate students. An existing locker space will be remodeled to create a new visitors office. Existing lockers will be relocated within the existing corridor and student lounge to accommodate the displacement of lockers for the new visitors office. The overall scope of work will require selective demolition and rework of existing walls, doors, windows, ceilings, casework, floor finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fire protection systems. New walls, doors, ceilings, interior windows, a new exterior window, casework, floor finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fire protection systems to be installed as part of the new construction scope of work.
