Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct market research and demographic analysis to deeply understand our potential customer base as well as other personas in our community that we need to communicate with regularly 2. Conceptualize and execute campaigns to a. Drive brand awareness and establish a public presence by educating the community of the CVFiber district, including creating educational materials and advertising in-person events b. Compel residents within our geography to pre-subscribe or subscribe to our services using digital and traditional marketing techniques c. Specialized campaigns for previously unconnected, underserved, underrepresented members within the communities d. Differentiate our products and services from competitors e. Maintain a press presence through the dissemination of regularly newsworthy content through public relation newswires 3. Manage or assist with management of existing website (which will span multiple technologies including WordPress and other tools we may decide to incorporate later) including collaboration with CVFiber team and implementing updates that reflect our values and drive engagement 4. Ongoing content creation and curation for the following channels: a. Social media sites (presently, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) b. Recurring newsletters c. Front Porch Forum d. Website news/blog e. Press, including but not limited to press releases and press inquiries f. Other channel opportunities as deemed relevant 5. Sourcing photography (ideally from local artists, e.g., John Knox, “Vermont for Vermonters”) to use in campaign materials that captures an authentic Vermont feel 6. Create periodic print mailers as needed for distribution to appropriate businesses and residents in our district 7. Create branded operational assets as needed and work with current CVFiber marketing partners to create assets, including but not limited to: a. Service outlines b. Direct response mailers c. Fundraising presentations d. Other print and digital media 8. Advertising through: a. Digital channels b. Traditional media channels 9. Working with existing marketing partners chosen by CVFiber
