Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Aging Partners is relocating the contents of two office buildings into a renovated space at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Buildings # 2 and # 45 generally located in the rear of 600 South 70th Street, Lincoln, NE.; 2.2 Vendor will move furniture, materials and equipment located at 1005 “O” Street and 555 South 9th Street to the new location.; 2.3 Aging Fitness Center located at 555 South 9th Street is a single level building with standard exterior door and 1005 O Street is a four-level building with basement and three upper occupied levels.: 2.3.1 There is street side egress through double doors and a loading dock in the rear of the property.; 2.3.2 Two standard sized elevators are also used.; 2.4 This bid includes moving select kitchen equipment from 1005 “O” Street.: 2.4.1 Disconnect and installation will be provided by another vendor.; 2.5 Victory Park, the new location, at 600 South 70th Street: 2.5.1 Building # 45 has a ground level entrance with double size doors and a single door entrance to the kitchen area.; 2.5.1 Building # 2 is a two-floor building with a walkout basement.; 2.5.1.1 A standard sized elevator is used in this building.; 2.6 This bid does not include moving of fitness equipment from our 555 South 9th Street location.; 2.7 Installation and completion of the project is expected to last November 7th, 2022 and be completed by November 10th, 2022.; 2.8 Modular furniture move will be bid separately with its work completed by November 6th, 2022
