Specifications include, but are not limited to: If you are offered a contract as a Capacity Builder all of the following will be requirements of your contract: 6.2.1 General Objective: Consultant will work as a Capacity Builder (CB) with the assigned school or district site improvement team to develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive school improvement plan and performance agreement in order to improve the academic performance of all students at the school. 6.2.3 Time Commitment: Boise State University relies on the expertise of the CBs to determine the appropriate number of hours of work distributed over eleven months to meet the needs of the IBC site as determined by the district leadership and the IBC Project Associate Director. Number of hours will be determined at time of contract and contract may be amended to increase hours, as determined necessary by Boise State University, district leadership and IBC Project Associate Director. 6.2.4 Time Tracking: A monthly accounting of time spent in the performance of duties shall be recorded on the Monthly Service Record to be submitted to the IBC Project Associate Director for review by the 10th of the following month. 6.2.5 Collaboration Meetings: The CB will participate in all provided collaboration meetings, conference calls and scheduled meetings. 6.2.6 Fees: Fees will be based on a reasonable rate not to exceed $68.00 per hour. As independent contractors, CBs should anticipate expenses that will be incurred over the course of the agreement when setting their rate as expenses will not be reimbursed. 6.2.7 Deliverables: An Annual Report/Monthly Service Record and Invoice form shall be submitted to the IBC Project Associate Director by the 10th of each month, beginning in September 2022, for the work completed the prior month.
