Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chugach is tying 2 feeders together (Arctic 512 and Spenard 412) for this project. The project is located on the Dowling Road curve where it transitions to Raspberry Road. The project begins at SC 1000 (approximately 630’ northeast of Raspberry/Dowling intersection) and ends at SC 977 (approximately 120’ west of Raspberry/Northwood intersection). There is an existing concrete encased duct bank crossing Minnesota Drive that Chugach has tested and determined to be a suitable conduit system. The duct bank extends from Changepoint Drive (approximately 50’ west of Changepoint Drive intersection) to the west side of Minnesota Drive southbound off ramp (approximately 135’ west of Minnesota off ramp). The contractors should note that ACS will be co-installing pipe, duct and boxes along with Chugach on this project. Contractor should expect to perform ACS installation work under a separate agreement with ACS.
