Specifications include, but are not limited to: final design, assistance with choosing a construction manager and budget development for the construction of a Police Facility with an option for an attached Fire-Rescue sub-station. The existing Wolfeboro Police Facility is located at 251 South Main Street, a Public Safety Complex housing: Central Dispatch, Police, and Fire Resources. This facility is insufficient for staff resources required for modern emergency services. The Town’s intent is to build a turnkey Police Station on a 1.24-acre town-owned property identified as parcel Tax Map 133 Lot 07 located at 39 Governor Wentworth Highway in Wolfeboro NH. The Police Station will also house the Town’s Dispatch Center with an attached apparatus bay to serve as a FireRescue sub-station. To date, the Town has completed a space needs analysis and has initial concept of designs including interior layout of spaces. The Town has two options one for a single-story facility and one for a two-story facility.
