Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grant Sawyer Office Building Specifications The first floor has six (6) restrooms and two (2) locker rooms with showers and baths. The second floor has six (6) restrooms and three (3) breakrooms. The third floor has seven (7) restrooms and three (3) break rooms. The fourth floor has six (6) restrooms, three (3) break rooms, and a kitchenette in the LCB suite. The fifth floor has two (2) restrooms plus a ½ bathroom in the Lt. Governor’s office with a full bath and shower in the Governor’s office. There is a kitchen on the fifth floor in the Governor’s office The approximate square footage of the carpet, porcelain tile, VCT and Windows are as follows: Carpet 2088 sq. ft. Porcelain Tile 5,000 sq. ft. VCT 2,700 sq. ft. Bath Tile 6,000 sq. ft. Windows (Under 12 feet) 18,000 sq. ft. Windows (Above 12 feet) 80,000 sq. ft. Under this agreement, all services will be included and that includes the maintenance of all above as needed and no less than once per year cleaning Window ledges will be maintained and clean during the scheduled window cleaning. All window blinds will be cleaned using a licensed, bonded, and insured blind cleaning company specializing in the cleaning of blinds. The cleaning shall be scheduled upon notice from the Division. Windows or blinds over 12 feet above the floor will require a licensed blind cleaner. Contractor will be responsible for all building entryway and up to 20-feet out from the building’s most outer wall. These entryways will be power washed as needed. All entryways will be kept clean of trash, sand, and visually clean always. It is preferred the night porter (s) complete these tasks. Inaccessible file rooms should be cleaned, stripped waxed, and polished upon request. The small kitchens in various locations on each floor of this building should be cleaned daily to include the small refrigerator as needed. The planters on each floor should be vacuumed using a wand long enough to reach over the railing. No employee may step over the rail at any time. Any infraction of this rule may result in termination of the contract. The chandelier in the main lobby shall be completely cleaned upon request using a polish specifically formulated for plastics. Selected vendor will supply a 16-foot ladder for this purpose. All outside trash dumpsters should remain closed. All trash and debris should be cleaned from the entire dock and loading area before the contractor’s employees leave the facility. If this is not completed, the selected vendor may be recalled before 9:00 a.m. the day of the incident. High cleaning of the ledges in the main lobby this building should be performed as needed.
