Specifications include, but are not limited to: Room 190: Frame, drywall, tape & float 14 linear ft of metal stud wall to 9’ ceiling grid; Texture and match paint of existing walls; Install drywall, paint and texture to include electrical drops below window where millwork was removed.; Room 191: Repair drywall to include texture & paint; Install 30/70 mahogany door with window & bronze frame to enclose office with matching hardware.; Room 204: Install metal stud dividing wall in existing office; Frame, drywall, texture & paint to match existing; Install new 60/70 mahogany door & bronze frame to create storage area with matching of current hardware.; Room 162: Frame, drywall, tape & float dividing wall to ceiling grid; Texture & match paint of existing walls; Install 5’x5’ storefront window and bronze frame in exterior hallway wall; Relocate HVAC according to the needs of the new space.; Re-work electrical lighting & switching; Room 173: Add additional lighting and AC Duct work to accommodate 3 office spaces.; Frame, drywall, tape & float 2 new dividing walls.; Provide and install a new suspended grid ceiling in 2 offices.
