Specifications include, but are not limited to: Following the State’s land management planning process, the Contractorshall produce a management plan for the JPUA consistent with AS 41.23.280 – 41.23.289, while concurrently updating the Moose Range Management Plan to include the JPUA and new data and public input relevant to the Moose Range. This effort will require significant stakeholder outreach and numerous opportunities for public and agency review and comment. The input gathered is expected to significantly inform the plan. The plan will be written clearly, concisely, and document all required processes and information. The project area is within those boundaries described in Sec. AS 41.23.286 Jonesville Public Use Area, and those boundaries described in AS 16.20.360 for the Moose Range.
